The email disclaimer within Websense Email Security can be found on the footer rule.

The default footer rule is:

“This email and any files transmitted with it may be confidential and are intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. If you have received this email in error please notify the originator of the message.”

1) Click start
2) Click run
3) Click all programs
4) Click Websense Email Security
5) Click Rules administrator

Find the footer rule and configure as required
