In this blog post, I’ll create another Excel file and include the columns shown in the screenshot below. We will soon instruct the agent to update the spreadsheet when a form is submitted and a mentor is assigned. This log file will include the requester details and the mentor who was assigned.
I’ve named my Excel file RequestLogs.xlsx and store it in my OneDrive for Business.
I now have two Excel files:
- Mentors.xlsx (Created in Part 4)
- RequestLogs.xlsx
