If you find that Outlook is only displaying emails from the last 7 days, it’s probably because your Outlook view is setup to do so.
1) Open Outlook
2) Click View
3) Click Current View
4) Click Messages
All messages will be displayed

I tried what you said and it didn’t work. After I have read the mail and left Outlook that mail is hidden and I cannot find it. I want to have all my mail even the read one available until I delete or file them. Is there some place where I can do that?
