On the request of a visitor to this site who is receiving a ‘You have exceeded the size limit on your mailbox’ and has cleared out mail but still unable to send or receive emails.

Try the below:

1) Close Outlook and create a new mail profile
2) Click start
3) Click run
4) Type the folowing and click ok “outlook.exe /cleanprofile”   (Remove ” “)

Check your mailbox size
