To locate the router ip address also know as the default gateway follow the instructions below:

1) Click start
2) Click run
3) Type cmd and click ok
4) A black window will appear
5) Type ipconfig and press return on your keyboard
6) Locate default gateway

To locate other details such as the MAC address, DNS, type ipconfig /all and press enter
