Double click the Google Sketchup .exe file. When the window reaches the welcome screen, access the below location:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp

You should see a folder named something similar to 7zSf8.tmp and within this folder you will find the .msi and setup file.
