Outlook shared calendar – no entries display

You add a shared calendar to your Outlook profile but find that there are no entries. Permissions are correct and other users can access the shared calendar without issues.

If you have already recreated the Outlook profile and still experience the issue, disable Outlook cached mode. Should do the trick.
