McAfee EPO 4 console running slow

If you’re using EPO 4 and remotely accessing the server via RDP, you may find the EPO console runs slow. This is a known issue and can be resolved by following the instructions below:

1) Open Remote Desktop
2) Click Options
3) Click Display
4) Set Colors setting to High Color (16 bit) or highest
5) Connect to the server

    How the hell did you figure that out. I have been onto McAfee support and they were blaming my hardware. Thanks dude!!
