Apply the below key manually or push out via Group Policy

1) Access HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
or  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

2) Add new DWord of NoPreviousVersionsPage

3) Change value to 1 and click OK
