If you come across error ‘Network policy settings prevent you from using this website’ when trying to access the
Windows Updates website, and you have checked group policy but found no policy, try the below:

Locate the registry key ‘DisableWindowsUpdateAccess’ and change it’s value to 0 (disabled)
