1) Click Start
2) Click Run
3) Type cmd and then click OK.
4) To disable outbound replication, type the following text, and then press ENTER:
repadmin /options +DISABLE_OUTBOUND_REPL
5) To re enable outbound replication, type the following text, and then press ENTER:
repadmin /options -DISABLE_OUTBOUND_REPL
