Issue
When you execute a Powershell script, you receive the error below and the script fails. I have seen this occur on a Windows 10 device when attempting to install the Azure VPN Client via Powershell.
Error: Could not acquire a developer license
To resolve, click the start menu on your Windows 10 device and search for settings. Click Settings, Update & Security and then from the left pane, select the option For developers
Retry running the script again
When done, disable developer mode
