If you wish for a service to recover itself by restarting when it stops, follow the instructions below:
1) Click start
2) Click run
3) Type; services.msc
4) Click OK
5) Right click on the service you wish to setup to restart upon failure
6) Click properties
7) Click recover
8.) Setup the recover mode as you wish
