Citrix sessions hangs at mapping client drives

If you find that when logging into Citrix the process hangs on mapping client drives, locate the citrix server or servers the issue is occuring on and follow the below instructions:

1) Click start and run on the Citrix server experiencing the issue
2) Type services.msc and click ok
3) Restart the service cpsvc service
4) If step above fails or the service does not restart, kill the process cpsvc.exe via task manager
5) Restart the MS Spooler service
6) Start the cpsvc service
