When you try sending an email within Lotus Notes with spell check enabled you receive the below error:
Error during spell initialization or error during main dictionary spell initialization
The main cause is usually permissions. Ensure the user has permission to the temp folder located under their profile. The temp folder is located at profile\local settings\TEMP
The below error appears when a Lotus Notes user tries to enable the out of office agent but does not have manager or designer access to their mailbox. Change the permissions and test again.
“A request to enable the Out of Office agent is in progress. Please wait momentarily for the server to enable the agent”
To create a new mail group within Lotus Notes, follow the instructions below:
1) Open Domino Admin
2) Click the tab labelled people and groups
3) Expand Domino directories
4) Expand “Company” Address Book
5) Click Groups
6) Click add group
7) Complete group details as required
8.) Click save and close
