Check that the users have access ‘allow log on locally’ on the citrix servers.
1) Open the Policy
2) Expand Compter Configuration
3) Expand Windows Settings
4) Expand Security Settings
5) Expand Local Policies
6) Click User Rights Assignment
7) Policy is called allow logon locally or log on locally depending on the operating system
